- South African citizen
- Matriculants in 2025 intending to study Actuarial Science full-time in 2026, OR current undergraduates in their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of Actuarial Science studies
- For Matriculants: very strong Mathematics results (usually ≥ 90%) and high overall academic performance (A symbol / top aggregate)
- Demonstrated commitment, discipline, problem-solving ability and a will to succeed in the actuarial field
