The University of the Free State (UFS) is a major university in the Free State province. Eligibility Requirements for the UFS Star of Stars Competition

  • Attend a school in the Free State province, in one of the districts: Fezile Dabi, Lejweleputswa, Motheo, Thabo Mofutsanyana, or Xhariep.

  • Apply for admission to UFS for 2026 before or by the closing date of the competition.
